What Happens In Vegas, Stays In Vegas…

... Unless It's At The PPAI Show That Is!

Some of the photos posted on social media from the PPAI show in Vegas this week have been genuinely entertaining. And no, I’m not just talking about the photos at The Power Of Two Party!

The main attraction posted on Twitter seems to be the Jelly Bean Statue of Liberty. It epitomises a promotional show at Vegas. Fun and freedom. After all promotional products should be entertaining and it is one of the few industries which can sell it’s products to absolutely anyone.

A personal favourite is 3M’s Puppy Dog Tape Dispenser. You’ve got to admire a company who have strong performing products like Post It notes but still produce new and innovative items like this.

This puppy is one of those promotional products that you may not feel you actually need but you’d just want to keep it on your desk, so an excellent advertising opportunity for companies who brand it with their logo.

The Mobile Edge were also there off their newest and tablet cases. This year they stood out from the crowd of exhibitors by raffling a new ipad mini and NeoGrid case. The lucky winners were their promotional marketing partner Summit Group.

The PPAI show in Vegas is one of the largest in the US. It’s estimated that around 20,000 attendees showed up this year. So it’ll be interesting when the actual figures are published.

I mean really, who wouldn’t want to go to Vegas?
