How To Add A Contact

You can easily enter your contacts details into PromoSoftware.

Then attach your contact to an already entered company in seconds by linking via a drop down list.

Just complete these steps (or watch the video below).


  • Press the Contact button on the menu bar at the top of the screen.
  • Enter your contacts details in the left hand side of the screen (use the tab key to move quickly between fields).
  • If the contact does not have a related company just select None from the company list.
  • Click the Add Contact button.


Voilà your contact has been added.
