How To Add A Company In PromoSoftware

You can manage your customers and suppliers efficiently with PromoSoftware which was specifically designed as a CRM for small organisations.

It lets you easily and quickly enter your customers and suppliers key company data into your online CRM system.

Simply just complete these steps (or watch the video below)


  • Press the Company button on the menu bar at the top of the screen
  • Enter the companies details on the left hand side of the screen (use the tab key to move quickly between fields)
  • Enter the industry of the company (this is used in the reports section later)
  • Select whether this company is a customer, supplier or both by ticking the appropriate box(s)
  • Click the Add Company button


Voilà your company has been added.
